Senior Solution Architect

You will guide enterprise customers through technical discovery, architecture workshops, solution design, implementation, and production deployment. You will design secure blockchain and digital asset architectures, lead technical presentations and demos, translate requirements into production-ready solutions, and share customer insights to inform product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical customer journey from pre-sales discovery through production deployment
• Lead architecture and solutioning workshops with financial enterprises
• Partner with Sales and Business Development on technical discovery, validation, security reviews, and solution architecture
• Design secure, scalable blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset architectures
• Deliver technical deep dives, demos, and whiteboard sessions
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into production-ready technical architectures
• Represent customer technical needs internally to influence product roadmap priorities and platform capabilities
• Develop reusable reference architectures, best practices, and enablement materials

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role working with enterprise customers
• Ability to lead customer discovery sessions and architecture workshops
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to write basic SQL queries and work with APIs, webhooks, websockets, and small application prototypes
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, security, identity, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with regulated or complex environments
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, and Web3
