Senior Solution Consultant

The job role:

· To design and propose turnkey solution in Customer Experience Management solutions, Customer Care solution and Omnichannel engagement software solution

· Collect business user requirement / demonstrate solution features and respond to customer requirement and proposal request;

· Involve in tender proposal, proposal presentation together with sales and marketing team

· Follow up through the complete project implementation cycle and lead team members including engineers and developers, under appropriate resources and time schedule for implementation process

· Manage project deliverables and documentation and segregation of project tasks

· Plan and manage resources required for project and propose to management and sales team

Skill and experience requirement:

· 8-15 years of IT project experience: system integration, software installation/implementation, or software development experience, inclusive hands-on implementation experience

· Experience in solution proposing, progress reporting and negotiation during early project cycle and organizing PMO meeting

· High-level technical knowledge in networking, software development, integration

· PMP or Scrum-master certified

· Good communication skill to understand customer needs, proposing to customer and internal communication

· Proficient in using documentation and design tools such as visio, project, excel, powerpoint, word, or similar tools for documentation and proposals

· Diploma, Higher Diploma or higher academic qualification in computing study, information technology, or engineering or relevant disciplines;

· Candidates without relevant academic qualification but with relevant working experience would also be considered;

· Voice communication/VoIP knowledge will be an added advantage but not a must

· Good command of language: Cantonese, English and Putonghua is a plus
