We aim to inspire our customers to make informed decisions that push their business forward. We provide a user-friendly and intuitive platform that makes it easy to turn insights into action and fosters a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you are an expert-level technical leader responsible for the organisation's most complex customer engagements. You drive consumption strategy, own executive-level relationships, and serve as the definitive technical authority for your accounts. You have declared your archetype - a recognised technical specialisation that makes you a force multiplier across your team and region. - Be a 'champion’ for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence platform.
- Lead the most complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, enterprise-wide migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale.
- Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through customer-facing content, workshops, and community engagement
- Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use-case prioritisation and on building technical champions.

- A strong "AI-Builder" mindset; Expert-level coding proficiency — Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark. You will complete a live coding assessment and a platform build during the interview process.
- Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption with customers. Experience working with and/or within Startups and Digital Native organisations will be advantageous for this role.

- Expert-level cloud platform knowledge (Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent depth in competing modern data platforms with demonstrated rapid learning ability)
- Declared technical specialisation with recognised depth — e.g., real-time architectures, ML/AI platforms, data governance, large-scale migrations, or industry-specific solutions
