Key Responsibilities- Lead full-stack development using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs & backend services
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 5–8 years of full-stack development experience with leadership exposure
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps & microservices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
