Senior Solutions Engineer – Java & Snowflake
Salary: ₱160,000 – ₱180,000 per month
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x/week in BGC, Taguig)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, production-grade solutions using Java, microservices, AWS, and Snowflake.
Build and optimise Snowflake data models, schemas, and pipelines to ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
Develop cloud-native applications and integrations using AWS services and modern software engineering practices.
Apply best practices in API design, automated testing, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and production support.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, maintainable solutions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, microservices architecture, and Snowflake — all mandatory requirements.
Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, security, and serverless technologies.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, software design principles, automated testing, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
AWS certification, preferably AWS Certified Solutions Architect, is an advantage.
