ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Role played will be that of a Senior Java Specialist.
- Will be a strong technical mentor and a leader.
- Will be a continuous learner of technology.
- Will share his learning regarding the project functionality with the team.
- Will have good client facing skills and win client confidence as soon as possible.
- Will use third party APIs for developing different features.
- Will be doing code reviews.
- Will help the team members in trouble shooting technical problems.
- Will contribute in pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions in proposals.
- Will do a number of POCs and will contribute in creating prototypes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Should have at least 7 years core Java development experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Should be well versed with data structures.
- Should be well versed with OOPs concepts.
- Should be well versed with Java 8 functionalities.
- Should be well versed with concurrency package.
- Should be well versed with Stream API, Generics and Lambda expressions.
- Should have strong knowledge of the Collections Framework.
- Should be well versed with Java coding standards.
- Should have strong knowledge of GoF Design Patterns.
- Should be aware of various third party libraries.
- Should have strong design and architecture concepts.
