As a senior specialist in intensive care, you will provide expert care, supervise junior medical staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in establishing treatment protocols, training staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.
Requirements
- Medical degree with certification and specialization in intensive care medicine
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in an intensive care unit in the private healthcare sector
- Strong expertise in advanced life support, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex patient care
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of critical care advancements and best practices
- Ability to mentor and support junior medical staff

Education
