This individual will act as a key talent advisor to the business, source exceptional candidates, ensure a superior hiring experience, and contribute to strategic TA projects that support the company’s rapid growth.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">This role requires someone who is proactive, data-driven, and highly skilled at stakeholder engagement while ensuring strong operational delivery.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Role:</span> Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Experience:</span> 7+ years of end-to-end US / Canada IT staffing and recruitment</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Work Mode:</span> Remote (typically aligned with US EST shift timings)</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-weight:bolder;font-family:Georgia;">Responsibilities:</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">End-to-End Recruitment</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Execute full-cycle in US IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Conduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Sourcing & Talent Pipelining</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Apply advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, social hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mapping</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the US/Canada market</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Stakeholder Collaboration</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Provide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Ensure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"> </span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Candidate Experience & Branding</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and digital hiring campaigns ( Wherever required).</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Process Excellence & Compliance</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Ensure hiring compliance with local labor laws</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Contribute to continuous process improvements and TA best practices</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Key Qualifications:</span></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">7+ years of proven experience in US/Canada IT Recruitment skills with proven ability to recruit, screen and hire top-tier engineering talent</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Proficient on Job Boards and have strong experience on modern sourcing techniques (e.g. using AI, social media recruiting, Video Screenings and Boolean search)</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"> Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms.
