Senior/ Speech Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation, and intervention services to patients.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patients' clinical conditions and therapeutic needs.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols, standards, and procedures.
• Communicate therapy goals, progress, and care plans with patients and caregivers.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to therapy assistants to support quality service delivery.
• Assist with staff scheduling and caseload management to ensure effective service coverage.

Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
