Senior Staff Engineer AI Agent Development
You will design the core architecture and deliver an enterprise AI Native engineering platform. You will develop task orchestration, tool invocation, context and memory systems, multi-agent collaboration, knowledge augmentation, runtime governance, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and core capability development of the AI Agent platform
- Develop task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration
- Implement AI capabilities for coding, solution generation, test generation, reporting, and environment deployment
- Build the RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graph augmentation layer
- Establish runtime and governance frameworks for AI Agents
- Standardize, productionize, and scale platform capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures
- Experience with task decomposition, tool use, context management, memory, execution loops, and exception handling
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot
- Experience designing or developing RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph solutions
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
