Senior Staff Engineer HR Platform

You will own architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems, define long-term technical roadmaps, lead platform modernization, improve scalability and reliability, collaborate with stakeholders, champion AI automation, and mentor senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems
• Define and influence the long-term technical roadmap
• Lead platform modernization initiatives
• Reduce technical debt and improve reliability
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders
• Champion AI and intelligent automation adoption
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering
• Deep Java expertise
• Extensive large-scale distributed systems experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Technical leadership experience at scale
• Architecture ownership across complex cross-team platform delivery
• Expertise in Kafka, RocketMQ, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Spring and Spring Boot
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Bilingual Mandarin and English
