- Experience mentoring teams on their technical and product roadmaps
- Proactive and effective communication skills
- Ability to describe technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn new domains

- Experience leading engineering teams and driving large-scale projects to successful completion across multiple engineering teams
