Senior Supervisor-Billing (WRD Enterprise Solutions)
Job Overview
This position is responsible for performing day-to-day operational management duties for a small functional unit which provides routine programs and services in any of a large variety of departments and agencies, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, supervising and controlling assigned resources to achieve unit/section objectives.
Salary
Hiring Range (annual) $58,947. – $76,627
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Senior Supervisor position will bring proven expertise in analyzing and resolving billing and invoicing issues within an automated billing system. This role directly supports the ongoing initiatives taking place with our billing processes and requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills with experience supervising, coaching, and developing employees to ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily system activities. They will have the ability to prioritize workload, assign tasks, and manage staff performance to meet program and departmental goals.
Additionally, the candidate will possess experience in developing and documenting business processes, as well as creating and monitoring key performance indicators to measure operational efficiency. Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, coupled with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, will be essential to success in this role.
