Senior Supervisor, Corrosion Control (DOT)

Primary Purpose
Leads implementation of corrosion control programs and ensures adherence to technical standards. Drives continuous improvement in field practices and supports alignment with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements strategies that enhance long-term reliability and efficiency of corrosion control assets.
• Conducts lifecycle cost analysis of corrosion protection systems to support investment decisions for aging infrastructure.
• Maintains and updates corrosion control standards and technical guidelines in line with regulatory changes and best practices.
• Leads the design and continuous improvement of corrosion monitoring programs, including selection of appropriate methodologies, standardization across sites, and technical evaluation of contractor-developed equipment specifications.
• Oversees the maintenance and integrity of cathodic protection data and analytics systems to ensure accurate, region-wide reporting and analysis.
• Implements Pipeline Integrity Plans (PIP), aligning initiatives with performance objectives, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress against established timelines.
• Supervises the creation of predictive models to assess corrosion risk, leveraging operational, environmental, and historical data to support proactive asset management strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
