Senior Supervisor, Energy Efficiency & Conservation - (Workforce, Education, Training & Outreach)

Primary Purpose
Coordinates teams delivering energy efficiency initiatives and ensures operational plans align with program objectives. Drives process improvements and promotes adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads the development of energy efficiency, demand response, and decarbonization solutions, managing projects from concept to execution.
• Supervises the execution of energy efficiency programs by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise in regulatory proceedings, advising on state and federal energy efficiency policies, and representing the company in hearings, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Builds and leads stakeholder relationships and engagement efforts, advocating for policy improvements and driving energy savings through collaboration with regulators, industry groups, and major clients.
• Ensures efficient and effective coordination of energy efficiency issues between the organization and its regulatory representatives.
• Leads quality control auditors who perform project verification with members of third-party implementers and contractors.
• Manages established partnerships through the identification and resolution of customer concerns and issues, and consistent follow-up on the progression of energy efficiency projects.
• Oversees contract strategy, negotiations, and management of program implementers and partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
