Senior Supervisor, Field Operations - DOT (V Assignment)

Primary Purpose
Plans and monitors complex field operations such as storm response, feeder reconfiguration, and equipment upgrades. Implements performance improvements and fosters a strong safety culture across multiple crews.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises operational plans for multiple crews, coordinating complex maintenance and construction activities.
• Monitors performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Oversees emergency response operations and high-risk field work, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Provides mentorship and advanced training to supervisors and field staff, reinforcing technical and safety standards.
• Collaborates with engineering, planning, and quality control teams to align field activities with project objectives.
• Manages inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring readiness for scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Prepares reports on operational performance and resource utilization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
