Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a background in supply chain transformation and ERP implementation, ideally in aviation or another asset-intensive industry?
We’re partnering with a leading Australian airline’s Engineering division, which is replacing its legacy supply chain systems with modern, integrated technology. With target architecture complete, the program is moving through detailed design into implementation, and they need an experienced Senior BA to lead business analysis and functional design.
The rundown of the role....
Working with business stakeholders, solution architects, system integrators and vendors, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading As-Is and To-Be process design across procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, logistics and finance.
- Driving adoption of standard system functionality and challenging unnecessary customisation.
- Leading requirements elicitation, fit-gap assessments and functional documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitating workshops and design sessions to drive decisions with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
- Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, training and post go-live stabilisation.
- 10+ years’ experience in business analysis, supply chain transformation or consulting.
- Proven delivery of large-scale ERP or supply chain system implementations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Highly desirable: aviation, aerospace or maintenance experience (please call this out in your CV), and exposure to IFS Maintenix, Oracle eProcurement or Manhattan.
- Join a major enterprise-wide supply chain transformation at a leading airline.
- Work across Mascot HQ and the Supply Chain Distribution Centre (minimum four days per week in the office).
- Shape systems that keep aircraft maintenance supplied with the parts they need.
If you’re a Senior BA with deep supply chain and ERP experience, we’d love to hear from you.
