Summary
Contract Senior System Administrator role in Brisbane, placed by Lime Recruitment for a large Queensland Government client. The person leads application packaging, deployment, and support of Tier 1-3 applications across complex enterprise environments, using packaging tools, endpoint configuration, virtual application delivery, and scripting. Hourly rate of $81.25 + super until Nov 2027.

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Senior System Administrator (Packaging). In this role you will Lead application packaging, deployment and support services across complex enterprise environments while partnering with clients and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver application packaging and Standard Operating Environment services.
Package, deploy, monitor and maintain Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 applications.
Diagnose and remediate application packaging and delivery issues.
Support application delivery activities and resolve technical incidents.
Work with clients to address ICT challenges and develop practical solutions.
Collaborate with technical delivery teams to implement service improvements.
Provide responsive, user-focused technical support.
Analyse technical processes and recommend improvements to service delivery.
About You
Demonstrated experience using application packaging tools in large, technically complex environments.
Demonstrated experience deploying and monitoring applications at enterprise scale.
Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating application packaging and delivery issues.
Experience supporting endpoint configuration, virtual application delivery and scripting technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within technical delivery teams.
Demonstrated ability to provide responsive technical support and improve service processes.
