Day to day: design, maintain and troubleshoot Windows endpoint/server environments (SCCM, Intune, Azure, Microsoft Graph) and build automation and tooling with PowerShell and C#/.NET while mentoring the team.

This is a senior technical role focused on the design, development, maintenance and support of complex Microsoft operating environments, endpoint and server platforms, Azure-integrated services and automation.
You’ll work across a broad Microsoft technology stack while providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, improving operational processes and helping build sustainable team capability.
As a Senior Computer Systems Officer, you will:
- Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot solutions across Windows operating systems, endpoint and server platforms
- Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and C# .NET
- Work across SCCM, Intune, Azure services and Microsoft Graph
- Develop scripts, tools, configuration items and Graph-based integrations to improve operational efficiency
- Investigate complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement pragmatic, supportable solutions
- Contribute to the design and improvement of departmental operating system and managed operating environment services
- Review technical designs, code, documentation and implementation approaches
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and constructive peer review
- Improve technical documentation, knowledge management and support processes
- Work closely with senior technical specialists and managers across infrastructure, applications and related ICT domains
- Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and capability uplift across the team
