Senior System Analyst (Call Centre Systems, Omnichannel, and AI Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT solution implementation and development projects of varying scales and complexities from inception to completion, with a specific focus on Call Centre systems, Omnichannel, and AI projects (e.g., chatbots, voicebots, automation tools).

• Understand business needs and requirements, steering the development and delivery of IT solutions to fulfill business objectives.

• Manage IT projects according to the Bank's established standards, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation, planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting, and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to provide quality system development, maintenance, and support services efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Proven track record of managing SDLC projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proven experience in delivering AI and digital transformation projects.

• Experience designing or implementing GenAI chatbot, voicebot, or NLP/LLM-based solutions in an on-premises, cloud-based, or SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with Linux environments; proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL is preferred.

• Strong technical writing skills to evaluate system design, prepare/review technical documents, and project plans.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule activities to achieve deliverables.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of System Analyst.
