Senior System Analyst

Position: OneTrust System Analyst

Experience: 58+ years (relevant OneTrust experience is mandatory).

Job Requirement:

We are looking for an experienced OneTrust System Analyst with strong hands-on experience in OneTrust Privacy Management, Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR), workflow configuration, and privacy compliance operations.

The candidate should have practical experience implementing and configuring OneTrust capabilities to streamline privacy request handling, consent management, data inventory, retention, opt-out processes, and compliance reporting.

The candidate will work closely with Operations, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Compliance stakeholders to establish standardized and automated privacy management processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on OneTrust implementation and configuration.
• Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR).
• CCPA/CPRA and GDPR understanding.
• Workflow automation and process standardization.
• Data inventory and retention management.
• Consent and preference management.
• Compliance reporting and audit evidence.

Good to Have:

• REST API and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with US privacy regulations.
• Enterprise privacy program implementation.
• Stakeholder management and process documentation.
