Key Responsibilities
- Perform system safety analyses including hazard identification and risk assessment
- Develop and maintain safety documentation (Hazard Logs, Safety Reports)
- Support system design and engineering teams to embed safety into the lifecycle
- Conduct analysis such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Functional Analysis
- Communicate findings through clear reports and presentations
- Lead safety activities, mentor junior engineers, and interface with stakeholders
