- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in application support, systems maintenance, or healthcare IT systems.
- Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Database knowledge and application development skills like SQL and SQL Reporting.
- Experience in developing report using SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Prior hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, Java or Web Services
- Relevant experience in project, user & vendor management preferred
- Able to work independently.
- Experience with production support and vendor management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good team player, resourceful, flexible and excellent working attitude.
- Experience supporting patient administration, bed management, or healthcare operational systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and data governance practices.
- Knowledge of business and IT in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
