Senior Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange.
• Configure and maintain VMware, vCenter, ESXi, and Hyper-V.
• Manage server backups, restoration, and disaster recovery using Veeam, Symantec, or Arcserve.
• Monitor and maintain EDR, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routers, LAN, and WAN connectivity.
• Perform server patching, security updates, vulnerability assessments, and system health checks.
• Manage Windows Server clustering, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Support cloud migration, cloud security, and backup solutions.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and follow ITIL processes.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage user access, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, security, and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools.
• Understanding of networking, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of patch management, vulnerability assessment, and ITIL processes.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, or ITIL are an advantage
