Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects including planning, design, implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and project handover.

· Independently handle project execution, technical coordination, implementation activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

· Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during project implementation and support activities.

· Lead technical discussions, project meetings, implementation planning, and infrastructure solution reviews with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

· Design, deploy, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across physical, virtualized, hybrid, and cloud environments.

· Support and manage virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Azure Stack HCI, and dHCI solutions.

· Configure and support Microsoft Windows Server services including Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), Network Policy Server (NPS), File Server, and Failover Clustering.

· Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, AWS, and related platforms.

· Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, iSCSI, SMB, Fibre Channel, and NFS environments.

· Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.

· Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, infrastructure optimization, and service recovery activities.

· Perform system monitoring, patch management, firmware upgrades, health checks, preventive maintenance, and operational improvement activities.

· Lead infrastructure migration, upgrade, consolidation, and transformation projects.

· Manage project timelines, implementation schedules, project risks, technical escalations, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

· Prepare and present project progress reports, technical updates, implementation summaries, incident reports, and risk assessments to customers and management.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLD/LLD design documents, implementation plans, SOPs, migration plans, test reports, and handover documentation.

· Provide technical recommendations, infrastructure improvement proposals, best practices, and solution enhancement planning.

· Assist in infrastructure sizing, solution architecture, proof-of-concept (POC), technical consultancy, and pre-sales support activities.

· Support managed services operations, major incident handling, escalation support, and operational management activities.

· Ensure project implementations comply with operational, security, governance, and compliance standards.

· Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements

· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, implementation, and operational support.

· Proven experience leading or independently managing enterprise infrastructure projects.

· Strong experience in server, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms, enterprise virtualization technologies, and infrastructure best practices.

· Good understanding of networking concepts including VLAN, TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN, switching, and network troubleshooting.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, AWS, or hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.

· Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, technical planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Good customer management, project coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, escalations, and operational tasks independently.

· Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and project delivery commitment.

· Willing to perform after-office-hours support, maintenance, and project implementation activities when required.

· Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam, or networking certifications are an advantage.
