Key Responsibilities

· Support and manage virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Azure Stack HCI, and dHCI solutions.

· Configure and support Microsoft Windows Server services including Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), Network Policy Server (NPS), File Server, and Failover Clustering.

· Deploy and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and AWS platforms.

· Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, iSCSI, SMB, Fibre Channel, and NFS environments.

· Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and service recovery activities.

· Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.

· Perform system monitoring, patch management, firmware upgrades, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities.

· Participate in infrastructure migration, upgrade, consolidation, and transformation projects.

· Coordinate with customers, vendors, principals, and internal teams during implementation and support activities.

· Prepare technical documentation including implementation plans, HLD/LLD design documents, test plans, SOPs, and handover documentation.

· Provide technical recommendations, best practices, and infrastructure improvement proposals to customers and internal stakeholders.

· Support managed services operations, incident handling, escalation support, and maintenance activities.

· Assist in solution planning, infrastructure sizing, technical discussions, and pre-sales support activities when required.

· Ensure project implementation follows security, operational, and compliance best practices.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and support.

· Strong experience in server, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud infrastructure environments.

· Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server platforms and enterprise virtualization technologies.

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts including VLAN, TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN, and switching.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments is an advantage.

· Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam is an advantage.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication, customer handling, and project coordination skills.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Willing to perform after-office-hours support and project implementation when required.

· Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam, or networking certifications are an advantage.
