  • Shape and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, and TMHNA's continued integration.
  • Drive recruiting process and system improvements, bringing together best practices across the organization to improve efficiency, consistency, and hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to anticipate hiring needs, support workforce planning, and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.
  • Use recruiting analytics and market intelligence to evaluate performance, guide decisions, and improve hiring strategies and resource allocation.
  • Strengthen TMHNA's employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing, outreach, and strategies that attract qualified talent across the business.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines through partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce programs, and community organizations.
  • Establish and monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness, to measure results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring recruiting practices remain consistent, inclusive, and compliant with applicable requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a people-first leader who builds trust, develops strong teams, and connects talent acquisition strategy to business priorities. You'll lead with a servant leadership approach grounded in accountability, empathy, collaboration, and Toyota's commitment to Respect for People.

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition and/or human resources experience within mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • 5+ years leading talent acquisition strategy, including developing and executing enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, using recruiting data, market insights, and workforce planning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships with senior and executive leadership.

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Success leading talent acquisition initiatives through mergers, integrations, or significant organizational change.
  • A track record of standardizing recruiting processes and optimizing systems across multiple locations or business units.
  • Strategic perspective paired with the ability to turn ideas into practical improvements and measurable results.
  • A passion for developing people, removing barriers, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
