Senior Technical Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner to join the Elevate Programme and support the rollout of a modern Mobile Messaging technology stack. This hybrid role combines deep technical business analysis with product ownership responsibilities, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise and Solution Architects, Development Teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring smooth delivery within an Agile environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
Strong experience working alongside Solution or System Architects.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
Experience creating process maps, technical documentation, and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with diagramming, wireframing, or UI design tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
