An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to bridge the gap between product strategy, business requirements and engineering delivery.
Working closely with the CEO and engineering team, you’ll take high-level ideas and business requirements and turn them into clear, detailed specifications that are ready for development. This is a key role in creating structure, clarity and momentum across the delivery pipeline.

Working closely with the CEO and engineering team, you’ll take high-level ideas and business requirements and turn them into clear, detailed specifications that are ready for development. This is a key role in creating structure, clarity and momentum across the delivery pipeline.
What you’ll be doing
- Translate product strategy and business requirements into detailed Jira tickets, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work directly with the CEO to understand strategic direction and extract requirements from existing documentation and business knowledge
- Analyse technical and functional requirements, including dependencies, risks and delivery impacts
- Identify documentation gaps and gather the information engineering teams need
- Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Maintain and prioritise a delivery-ready backlog
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete and understood before development begins
- Support engineering throughout delivery by answering questions and refining requirements as needed
- Strong experience as a Senior Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within a software product or engineering environment
- Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed technical requirements
- Strong Jira experience, including user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria
- Confidence working directly with senior executives and technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps and ask the right questions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where documentation and processes are still developing
- A delivery-focused mindset and the ability to support engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
