Job Description
Your Playground: Open Telekom Cloud
We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist who can turn complex cloud topics into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences. In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC).
You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys. A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on ServiceNow CSM, and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.
Your work enables users to move from first contact to productive usage of the platform with confidence.

Your Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training
- min. 5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture roles
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level)
- Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formats
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Experience with OpenStack, containers, networking and infrastructure concepts is a plus
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Practice with agile methods, development processes and modern toolchains
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
