What You'll Do
As a Technical Project Manager at Contiamo, you will work closely with our engineers to steer architecture and technical decisions. You'll bring your technical depth to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate what's technically sound into something the client understands. This exciting and challenging role encompasses many different aspects and responsibilities, sitting at the intersection of business and tech, client and internal teams.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead Technical Projects: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding their development from an initial idea to solution design, implementation, and roll-out.
- Drive Architectural Discussions: Guide clients through their digital transformation journeys by leveraging your solid understanding of IT landscapes, system design principles, and software application solutions.
- Drive Client Management: Build and nurture client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Support our business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the acquisition of new projects.

What You're Like
Here at Contiamo, we believe you'll be most successful in this role because you know how to blend practical skills with flexibility, thoughtful communication, and an ability to deliver projects. Although this is a project management role, your technical skills don't need to collect dust. You'll have the opportunity to build a demo, prototype with coding agents, or get into the data yourself. While you may not meet all the qualifications listed below, you possess a majority of the following skills:
- Self-driven and curious, with a keen interest in learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in data and technology.
- Can work closely with engineers to steer architecture and technical decisions. You'll bring your technical depth to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate what's technically sound into something the client understands. Deep understanding of IT landscapes, software applications, and implementation approaches.
- Extensive experience leveraging AI in your daily workflows. You can build PoCs with it, use it to manage your every day responsibilities, and know how to integrate LLMs into corporate processes.
- Strong communication skills; you excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Adept at identifying client requirements, creating effective solution designs, and drafting feasible projects
- Currently live in Germany or are considering a move. You must have an EU work visa.
- Speak German at a C1 level or better (this is a hard requirement of the job).

Hiring process
- Screening call (round 0, length: 30-35)
- Experience assessment call (round 1; length: 45-60)
- Business assessment prepare a presentation on a certain topic (round 2; length: 60)
- Meet the Team / Communication assessment (round: 3; length: 120; in-person preferred)
Salary Range: 80,000 - 110,000 EUR
