Senior Test Automation Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to contribute to the development of the Value Optimization Engine (VOE) product suite. This role requires proficiency in both manual and automated testing across the complete software development lifecycle. Strong qualifications include experience in creating automation test scripts, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and the ability to work within agile frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategize and evolve software testing approaches from waterfall to agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with developers to maintain quality, ensuring comprehensive testing for each software release.

• Increase test coverage and reduce the number of manual test cases through automation.

• Implement automation in the software release process.

• Set up testing environments and deployment strategies for multi-team integration testing.

• Ensure the integrity of financial calculations and the stability of engineering tools.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a manual and automation test engineer, with robust skills in automating the software development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in creating automation test scripts for web and API using tools like Playwright, Postman, JMeter, JUnit, and NUnit.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.

• Ability to understand complex applications, including product domain and engineering knowledge.

• Experience in applying business context to automation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards.

• Transferable skills related to automation testing may be beneficial.
