Senior Test Automation Engineer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that developed software operates as expected, both technically and functionally. You will support the software design and delivery team with your expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review acceptance criteria.
• Set up automation tools (Playwright, etc.).
• Set up test automation scripts.
• Execute automated test scenarios using various tools based on technologies and needs.
• Follow up on bugs and issues, and write test reports.
• Manage test estimates and test plans required for projects.
• Improve processes and test deliverables.

Technical Skills Required:

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Experience with UI and API testing.
• Good knowledge of Git, Playwright, Groovy, TypeScript, and ReadyAPI.
• Experience in testing Java services, web services, REST APIs, and proxy services.
• Knowledge of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Xray is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Soft Skills Required:

• Fluent in Dutch/English or French/English, with a good understanding of the other national language.
• A real team player, comfortable sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop your testing expertise.
• Attentive to details, with strong analytical and communication skills.
