- 10+ years of professional experience in Testing, QA, Test Data Management or Data Management
- Proven experience in establishing or developing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities
- Strong knowledge of test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, subsetting, cloning and synthetic data generation
- Experience designing TDM strategies, governance models and operating frameworks
- Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with end-to-end testing across multiple applications and integrated environments
- Strong experience with test automation and integration of test data processes with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Good understanding of mainframe systems and environments
- Experience managing test data in complex, distributed enterprise environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience in banking, mortgage or financial services
- Experience with TDM tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM or Broadcom TDM
- Experience with cloud environments
- Experience with AI-driven or synthetic test data generation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector
