Senior Test Engineer: Data-Driven QA & NPI Leader

Flex is building SpinCo to focus on digital infrastructure for AI data centers. The Senior Test Engineer will lead test engineering activities in Guadalajara, North Campus, driving improvements and mentoring teams.

You will analyze test processes, optimize KPIs, and guide NPI with scalable test solutions. Requires a strong background in electronics testing, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and hands-on Python/Linux experience.
