Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. - Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes. - Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Required Skills: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
