Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior UiPath RPA
Engineer with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Robotic Process
Automation and comprehensive expertise across the UiPath platform.
The candidate should have the ability to understand business
requirements, assess automation opportunities, design solutions, develop and
deploy automations, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous
improvements independently.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth
across the end-to-end UiPath automation lifecycle, combined with good
analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis & Process Understanding
- Understand
business processes, requirements, and pain points and translate them into
automation opportunities.
- Conduct
process discovery and feasibility assessments.
- Analyze
existing processes and identify opportunities for automation,
optimization, and standardization.
- Translate
business requirements into functional and technical automation solutions.
- Identify
dependencies, risks, exceptions, and integration requirements.
- Prepare
Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and
technical documentation.
2. UiPath Solution Design
- Design
scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable UiPath automation solutions.
- Define
workflow architecture, exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and
recovery strategies.
- Develop
solutions following UiPath best practices, coding standards, naming
conventions, and reusable components.
- Determine
the appropriate automation approach, including attended and unattended
automation.
- Design
integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, email systems,
files, and other technologies.
