Summary
Senior Underwriting Executive reviews and processes medical and personal accident insurance proposals for agencies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Key Objective
To assist the Department to manage the underwriting of agencies related medical & PA products
Major duties and responsibilities
- Assist in Underwriting of Agencies Medical and PA class of insurance
- Assist in underwriting and reviewing of new/renewal proposals and accounts, quotations, referral
- Full responsibility in the accuracy and timely payment of TPA fees
- Assist in Medical presentation when necessary by marketers
- Assist in product development
- Assist in branch audit
- Ensure compliance to A&H underwriting guideline and all regulatory guidelines
- Any other duties/special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
Good knowledge of A&H underwriting guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
Able to perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
