Join a team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise Linux infrastructure in a modern DevOps environment. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain highly available Linux platforms that support critical business applications. You will work closely with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and automated infrastructure services across both production and non-production environments.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence through automation, supporting platform stability, and contributing to the adoption of new technologies while ensuring compliance with internal standards and operational requirements.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux environments, primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Strong expertise in Linux system administration, including performance tuning, kernel parameter optimization, logical volume management, and multipathing.
  • Experience with UNIX platforms such as Solaris and/or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) is an advantage.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Shell, Python, or Perl.
  • Solid experience with Veritas Volume Manager and Veritas Cluster Server.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
  • Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage administration, filesystem configuration, clustering, and replication technologies.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancers, VIPs, and firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with high availability, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices is considered an advantage.
