The Team:The Product Design and Experience team shapes intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiencesacross Accuris SaaS products used by engineering professionals worldwide. The team focuses onsimplifying complex engineering workflows, improving product adoption, and creating scalable designpatterns across a modern cloud-based product portfolio.You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer success teams, researchers,UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders. The team values user-centered discovery, inclusive design,design-system thinking, practical collaboration, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
The Impact:As a Senior UX Designer, you will help translate complex workflows and technical content into simple,elegant, and usable experiences that empower engineers worldwide to innovate faster and smarter.You will influence product direction through research, prototyping, usability testing, and close partnershipwith cross-functional teams. Your work will improve usability, consistency, accessibility, customer value,and product adoption across Accuris products.
Responsibilities:• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and discovery activities to uncover userneeds, pain points, behaviors, and opportunities.• Translate research insights and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes,high-fidelity designs, and final design specifications.• Design intuitive experiences for complex SaaS and enterprise product workflows, with a focus onusability, adoption, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, customer success, and stakeholders todefine requirements and deliver solutions aligned with user and business goals.• Contribute to and maintain Accuris' design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, accessibility,and strong interaction patterns across digital products.• Serve as the voice of the user throughout product development, advocating for inclusive design andevidence-based decision making.• Iterate continuously based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, analytics, performancemetrics, and product outcomes.• Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to cross-functional partnersand leadership.• Partner with engineering teams during implementation to ensure designs are feasible, wellunderstood, and delivered with quality.• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.What We're Looking For:Key qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.• 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digitalproducts.• Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into practicalproduct improvements.• Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, technical information products, or related toolsis a plus.
Key soft skills:• Curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to understanding users and solving complexproduct problems.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearlyto product, engineering, and business stakeholders.• Strong ownership mindset, comfort working through ambiguity, and ability to balance user needs,technical feasibility, and business goals.• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Required Knowledge / Technologies:• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make.• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and usability principles.• Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, user flows, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UIdesigns, and design specifications.• Experience working with design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and scalableproduct design standards.• Ability to use LLMs within the design process to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping,content exploration, and workflow analysis.• Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments and collaboration with engineering teams building SaaS orenterprise software products.

Budget:PLN 17,000 - 21,000 gross per month.
Compensation/Benefits InformationFinal base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experienceand qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for a bonus aswell as comprehensive benefits.
