We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a team building modern SaaS products used by professionals worldwide.
📍 Location: Gdańsk, Poland (hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)
đź“„ Employment: Full-time, Employment Contract (UoP) only
What you'll do:
• Design user-centered experiences for complex SaaS products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into intuitive solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure accessibility and usability best practices.
What we're looking for:
✔ 4–6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products.
âś” Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process.
âś” Experience with user research, prototyping, and design systems.
âś” Proficiency in Figma.
âś” Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
âś” Experience working in Agile environments.
âś” English level B2+.
