Senior UX/UI Desinger
Summary
Senior UX/UI Designer at a digital consultancy, leading end-to-end design projects for mobile/web apps and platforms, using Figma and AI tools to create user-centered, development-ready solutions.
Who we are and who we’re looking for 👋
Digital Bunch is a cross-disciplinary digital consultancy combining strategy, design, technology, CGI, and software development. Our international team works across Warsaw, Riyadh, Sydney, and São Paulo, creating mobile and web applications, digital platforms, interactive tools, and websites for clients across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and the Americas.
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can take ownership of the complete design process - from an early idea or unclear brief to a thoughtful, tested, and development-ready solution.
You should be comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions, and helping clients define how their digital product should work, feel, and support its users. We need someone who can think beyond individual screens and consider the complete product: its users, business goals, functionality, structure, and visual direction. This is an individual contributor role, but we are also looking for someone who can support other designers, review their work, share knowledge, and help us continuously improve the quality of design across the company.
We believe this role will be a good fit for someone with at least five years of professional UX/UI design experience and a track record of independently leading complex projects.
Your role 🚀
Taking ownership of the UX/UI design process, from discovery and concept development to final delivery
Helping clients define new applications, digital services, and product ideas
Translating user needs and business goals into clear UX concepts, user flows, and interface decisions
Defining product structures, functionalities, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows
Creating wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces, and scalable design systems
Designing mobile and web applications, digital platforms, and websites
Using AI tools such as Claude for research, ideation, UX exploration, content structure, prototyping, and selected interface design tasks
Presenting concepts, explaining decisions, and challenging unclear briefs when a better solution is possible
Defining scope, deliverables, estimates, and timelines together with Project Managers
Working closely with developers and preparing clear, development-ready requirements
Involving specialists in motion, graphic design, 3D, or other disciplines when needed, and providing clear briefs and feedback
Ensuring that work created across different disciplines forms one consistent user experience and visual system
Reviewing the work of other designers and helping improve our design standards and processes
Managing several projects and priorities at the same time
What we expect 🔍
At least five years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related role
Experience independently owning complex UX/UI projects from discovery to implementation
A strong portfolio showing your process, decisions, collaboration, and outcomes—not only final screens
Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including design systems, components, variables, Auto Layout, and prototyping
Practical experience using AI tools in UX/UI design workflows
Strong UX thinking, product awareness, and the ability to connect user needs with business objectives
Experience with user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and information architecture
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, responsive design, and visual design fundamentals
The ability to create clear, development-ready designs and documentation
Experience working closely with developers, Project Managers, clients, and other designers
Confidence in presenting work, communicating a UX/UI vision, challenging assumptions, and proposing better solutions
An understanding of how design decisions affect development and implementation
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach
Attention to detail without losing sight of the wider user experience and business context
Excellent written and spoken English
