What makes someone a great fit?

You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions and bringing the user perspective into product conversations. You will need to build relationships across different teams, communicate clearly, and advocate for good experiences while understanding business priorities and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate is proactive, pragmatic and collaborative, with the confidence to take ownership, the flexibility to adapt to a complex and evolving product environment, and a strong focus on creating meaningful impact through design. They understand that good design is not just about delivering great experiences, but also about solving the right problems and contributing to measurable outcomes for both users and the business.
