Senior UX/UI Designer (Short-Term Project)

Summary:

The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for the end-to-end user experience and visual identity of an online sports betting platform, ensuring a seamless journey for players from registration to betting and withdrawals. They aim to enhance user engagement and trust while adhering to design and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design the core player journeys end to end: onboarding, OTP, KYC, deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, and support.

• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens for various platforms.

• Design back-office interfaces with the same rigor as player-facing screens.

• Build and govern the design system including guidelines and accessibility rules.

• Plan user research and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

• Analyze metrics and design experiments to optimize user conversions and retention.

• Collaborate with agile teams and validate design implementations.

• Embed responsible gambling features into user experiences.

• Act as the design authority, coaching junior designers and maintaining design processes.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of UI/UX product design experience.

• Proven track record of designing transactional products that improve conversion and retention.

• Expert command of Figma.

• Strong visual design skills including typography and layout.

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies.

• Experience building and governing a design system.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in online betting or iGaming industry.

• Mobile money and payment flow design experience.

• Skills in motion design and micro-animations.

• Familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
