Senior UX/UI

Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of design lifecycle and department's policy, standards, and procedures, in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out according to function’s policies and frameworks, as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with the company’s overall direction, standards, and governance.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to UX/UI work, to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance.

Function-Related Accountabilities
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders such as product managers, business analysts, etc. to gather information such as business requirements and user feedback to ensure the user-centric UX/UI development in alignment with business requirements.
• Perform basic UX and UI designing activities, including the development, designing, and testing of users' journeys, storyboard, process flow, wireframes, prototypes, UI elements, etc. in order to ensure users' interaction and engagement and to ensure user satisfaction in various scenarios.
• Convey and communicate ideas/design concepts through basic presentation to team members and relevant parties to propose creative conception efficiently and to ensure alignment of understanding across relevant parties.
• Perform basic troubleshooting regarding UX/UI matters e.g., responsiveness, in order to ensure all issues are assessed and managed in a timely manner to secure user satisfaction.
• Perform adhere to best practices for UX-based indicators and style standards on typography and graphic designs, in order to maintain high-quality working guidelines and procedures within the department.
• Conduct UX/UI design experiments and benchmark studies in order to maintain constant UX/UI improvements.
