Senior Vertical Strategy Manager, Hospitality

You will own the commercial growth and success of the Hospitality vertical, define global go-to-market strategies, create competitive analyses and business cases, act as a hospitality subject matter expert, identify product and partnership opportunities, represent customer needs, and develop segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and strategic direction of the Hospitality vertical
• Define and drive the global commercial strategy for Hospitality
• Create go-to-market playbooks competitive analyses and business cases
• Act as the internal and external Hospitality subject matter expert
• Analyze customer behavior to identify product and partnership opportunities
• Provide customer trends opportunities and pain points for product prioritization
• Inform product pricing and packaging strategies
• Develop customer segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify strategic opportunities and risks from industry trends technologies and regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Hospitality industry knowledge
• Payments or financial technology expertise
• Go-to-market strategy and execution experience

• Availability to travel up to 25% internationally
