The Role
We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist who combines technical expertise with content strategy to improve our website’s visibility and performance. You’ll handle everything from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimization and analytics tracking, ensuring our content consistently ranks and converts.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct complete technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
· Fix technical issues such as 404s, redirects, duplicate tags, canonical errors, and broken links.
· Manage and optimize sitemaps, robots.txt, metadata, and structured data.
· Research, plan, and execute keyword strategies aligned with marketing goals.
· Collaborate with writers to optimize new and existing content for rankings and engagement.
· Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, and page speed improvements.
· Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to ensure accurate SEO data tracking.
· Prepare periodic SEO reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
· Support backlink cleanup, internal linking improvements, and ongoing content SEO updates.
· Work closely with the WordPress Developer to implement SEO best practices across all new pages and campaigns.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in SEO strategy and technical implementation.
· Proven ability to fix complex SEO and performance issues.
· Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
· Skilled in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GTM, and GSC.
· Experience tracking performance through dashboards and reports.
· Familiarity with schema markup, site structure, and keyword optimization.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
· Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
· (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
