Server Assistant
Forest Highlands Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.
The ideal candidate is hospitable, dependable, and attentive to detail. A successful Server Assistant supports servers with the timely delivery and removal of food and beverage items, maintains a clean and safe environment, and provides courteous and professional service at all times.
Essential Functions
Customer Service
- Assist in all Food & Beverage operations
- Provide prompt, polite, and professional service to members and guests
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment at all times
Operations
- Complete assigned duties to support and enhance member service
- Follow and complete daily checklists and assigned tasks
- Maintain flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisors and Managers with projects as needed
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
