About the Role: Support the Heart of Hospitality

We’re seeking attentive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Server Assistants. In this vital support role, you’ll help our Servers deliver flawless dining experiences, ensuring each guest enjoys exceptional service from start to finish.

Your Daily Impact (Essential Duties):

• Assist Servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.
• Refill water glasses, beverages, and condiments to maintain an exceptional dining experience.
• Support food delivery from kitchen to table in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Set up and break down side stations and service areas before and after each shift.
• Assist with stocking, polishing, and preparing glassware, flatware, and dishware.
• Respond promptly to member and guest needs or communicate them to the Server.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards throughout each shift.
• Work closely with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
