Restaurant Server
Bretton Woods Recreation Center is hiring a Restaurant Server. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience. Reports to: Clubhouse Manager, Lead Server

Supervises: None

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and command of English language.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and the sequence of service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced situation, ability to carry trays, glassware, and dishware.
• Availability to work an open schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
• Must be able to serve alcohol to members and guests.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for timely and efficient service of food and beverage to members, their families, and guests.
• Knowledge and understanding of menus, ingredients, bar beverages and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work as part of a team from kitchen to dining room.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, remaining a step ahead with continuous service.
• Take ownership of situations in dining areas that create positive experiences.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform; you are a representative of Bretton Woods.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Lift, push, pull, carry up to 50lbs.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive motion.
